How I Chose My Perfect LV Boots: A Personal Review
When I was thinking of buying a pair of boots from Louis Vuitton, for instance, I had to be clear on what I wanted so that I would get the best of both, form and function. I liked LV designs as a brand and decided to find these boots comfortable for being a mother on the side being luxurious. As much as I contemplated, I had several choices in mind, though I opted for the Louis Vuitton Laureate Desert Boots. Here’s why.
The Laureate Desert Boots where recommended to me as I felt that they are fashionable and also serve the purpose of the uniform. The thick bottom made me believe that they should be durable especially at days with many activities requiring walking or even standing for long. What bought the house for me was that they incorporated its durability with the traditional Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas. This is relaxed, but it can only mean one thing: classy. Furthermore, these boots were not heavy at all so was easy for me to wear them for the whole day.
This was another factor on why I decided to buy these boots: the boots are versatile. I can wear them on a causal occasion wearing jeans and a sweater; on the other hand, they can be dressed up with a coat for a more formal occasion. Today, I have realized that the Laureate Desert Boots have quickly risen to my favorite shoes due to their luxury look but flexibility.
Even though I was a fan of the Laureate Desert Boots, there were some other models, that intrigued me. I was drawn to the Wonderland Flat Ranger Boots mainly the simplicity of the boots. The smooth calf leather in conjunction with Monogram canvas was good and the LV-engraved buckle also worked for me. These boots are regularity wear since they do not have a high heel as well as they provide flair for everyday flat-soled shoes. But as I said I needed something a little more robust for everyday wear hence I opted for Laureate boots.
I also had the temptation of purchasing the Star Trail Ankle Boots for more formal wear. These are super stunning boots with serious stilettos look and this kind of heel. These, if perhaps, I were out searching for some outfit to use for a night out or any other formal occasion. They are daring, trendy and good for the toes when it comes to heels, most of which I know need not be comfortable. However for normal wear and day to day use the flat sole of the Laureate Desert Boots was reasonable.
Another design I chose is the LV Beaubourg Platform Derby Boots. It really is punk rock chic; they have a thick platform sole for that modern finish and are available in black or white. I liked their shine and smoothness of the leather and the design in form of laces that would allow casual Wear and formal Wear shoes. These were the other two I had considered; however, I am not very fond of platform styles, and to return to the Laureate boots I had to bear in mind traditional designs.
Last but not the least is the Silhouette Ankle Boots which I became much interested in primarily because of the pointed stilettos and the beautiful Monogram Flower shaped heel. These boots are such wonderful art pieces, in fact I can imagine someone where these during a ceremony or any other occasions that require formal wear. Nevertheless as I was in the hunt for a shoe that could be used for normal wear, I left these out and purchased the Laureate Desert Boots.
Thus, I have followed the style and necessity of choosing LV boots throughout this process. The Laureate Desert Boots were chosen as the pair most successfully combining the roughness with sophistication. It is easy to explain that they can be used in any day to day activities and at the same time, they do look like they have a designer brand behind them. Though there were more options such as the Wonderland Flat Ranger Boots as well as the Star Trail Ankle Boots I preferred the Laureate Desert Boots since they just seemed to be an ideal fit for the criteria. They’ve eventually turned winter boots into my favorite type of shoes, one that combines comfort with luxury in a Louis Vuitton unique way. Read more hidden text
